Space available for boats\trailers so you can fish or bring your SxS for enjoyment. Property is a horse property with owner on separate primary home onsite. Can accommodate horses with advanced notice only and other fees may apply. All utilities paid with washer and dryer in unit. Has high speed internet with TV.

Place sheets, towels, and linens in the bathtub for cleanup. Please clean up around apartment as needed. If logged into TV subscription channels please log out. Place trash in red trash can.
Hang keys on hook just outside door or knock on owners door and give to owners.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
