The stay was really great. The staff was super helpful. We were travelling with a baby and they were understanding and accommodating to all our requests! The restaurant staff even played with her allowing us to eat. The food was really taste and the spread for breakfast and dinner was expansive and tasty irrespective of the type of cuisine. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Hotel is a bit worn down. A bit far from everything, but only 15 min drive from Fort Kochi. Jew Town is a must.

Really nice boutique style hotel, lovely pool to relax by after day trips nearby. Made use of the small gym & occasionally ate at the hotel. Service overall good but slow at times & soundproofing in the room relatively non existent. Overall, a good stay at the hotel.

Comfortable, spacious rooms. The bed however was a bit small and the mattress needed changing. Good, safe location. The restaurant is the best part - I had 3 excellent meals for dinner. The chef made everything in an authentic style. Staff are also brilliantly trained. Ayush and Eldrin are very good at their jobs.

We stayed several days in this hotel and could not have had a more relaxing and comfortable stay, as the staff were well trained, friendly and helpful. You cannot walk straight out into the bustle of the historic area, but it is only a short rickshaw drive, or walk and ferry distance away, and quieter and more relaxed for that.

An old property much in need of renovation and Capex. Being an Oberoi property the quality of personnel is superlative and they made the difference in uplifting an average or sub par stay to a memorable one.

I had a wonderful stay with extended family at this property. The service was excellent and was the highlight of the stay. The staff went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. The property is a bit dated and the location is a little away from major shopping areas. It definitely suits if someone is looking for a calm and serene atmosphere in the middle of Kochi.

Not recommended

The team dropped the ball - very bad first impression. Since I raised the formal complaint, the team genuinely tried their best to make up and I appreciate it. But at times it felt it was a bit too much. Good bunch of people running the place - I sincerely hope they provide "consistent" service all the time not when someone raises a complaint!
