“Gute Lage”

“The unit was not cleaned at all. The indoor temperature was very hot, and the refrigerator was broken and emitting a foul odor. The kitchen utensils were dirty, and there were no basic amenities in the bathroom, such as towels, shower gel, or shampoo. It appears the owner lives downstairs and uses this unit regularly, simply moving out when a guest arrives. There was absolutely no professional cleaning done. I have requested a full refund.”

“Like how close it is to Old Town. However, the apartment was hard to find and too many steps to maneuver with luggage. Check in instructions was clear. Apartment temperature was ok in the living area, the two bedrooms was hot. One bed was missing the sheets. Pillows were not adequate. Door knob on bathroom was broken and kept falling off. One bathroom for five adults was a little challenging.”

“Very clean property & great location. Excellent modern finishes. Better communication with the host is necessary as it is self check in & no hotel staff, so instructions about checking in need to be provided clearly.”
