Great location close to middle of town so all main beaches were walkable, Easy on site parking and driving right off main road so you don’t have to dodge walkers and drivers on congested tiny roads. Breakfast was great, pool was wonderful for a quick cooldown away from beach. Staff was amazing, incredibly helpfull, fully above and beyond- would absolutely stay again if I end up back in Ksamil."

"The bed was outstanding, we slept so well! The host and staff were friendly and attentive, felt like visiting a family. We had a room with pool access on the ground floor, the best choice in a long time. The breakfast has plenty of variety and some of the products were homemade. My partner loved the pancakes! They don’t serve gluten-free bread, that was the only thing keeping me from giving 5/5 stars. But nevertheless, we loved Ksamil and this hotel, and we will definitely stay here the next...

"An excellent stay. The room was a comfortable and quiet retreat with a very plush bed. Breakfast buffet was a real highlight, offering variety of fresh, high-quality options. The pools were very clean, well-maintained and perfect for both relaxation and fun. I loved the one on the roof. Best of all, the staff were exceptionally professional, friendly and attentive, The lovely ladies kept the rooms clean every day and were always smiling, even though they had a lot of work during the peak season.The entire hotel was very clean. We enjoyed a stunning view of the beaches, the sea, and nearby small islands while having breakfast on the rooftop. The hotel is just a minute away from Bora Bora Beach, surrounded by numerous shops and the best restaurants. A bus stop and the main road to Saranda and Butrint are located just a few minutes from the hotel. Staff and hotel were absolutely amazing and to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended"

"Overall, I had mixed feelings about my stay. The apartment itself was okay, but I was disappointed that the description on Expedia did not fully match the reality. In particular, it mentioned access to a private beach, which was not actually the case, and the area around the entrance was quite messy and not very inviting. The best part of my stay was definitely Claudia at reception. She was absolutely amazing , so kind, helpful, welcoming and always ready to assist. She truly made the experience better and I would give her service 10/10. She was by far the highlight of the stay."

"When we first arrived we had to let police know we were going to the hotel because of its location (only pedestrian zone). This way we could access the hotel by car and the hotel could park it there. It was easy to find, PERFECT location near beach, tours, restaurants, bars, street food and more. The staff greeted us with smiles, amazing energy and some gelato for us. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and cleaned thoroughly. Our only regret is not staying there longer."

"I never usually write reviews, but this hotel definitely deserves one. We had a really nice stay. There was plenty of space for parking, the rooms were cleaned well, and we got fresh towels every day, which was a nice touch. The biggest reason for the score is the staff and the hotel itself. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and happy to help, and it really made the stay even better. Hats off to the team! The only small thing I’d mention is that some of the floorboards around the pool were a bit loose, so just watch your step. Apart from that, I honestly couldn’t fault the place and would happily stay here again."
