Hotel Review: I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall positive experience. The staff were great, providing friendly and helpful service throughout my stay. The rooms are larger than average for Japan, though they are still on the smaller side compared to international standards. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which made for a peaceful stay, and it is conveniently close to the market and the subway. Amenities such as bikes and umbrellas are available for guests, which I found to be a thoughtful touch. Although I didn’t dine at the restaurant, the menu looked appealing and well-prepared. Overall, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and attentive service for travellers.

I had a great stay at Premium Apart MONday Ginza EAST! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My flight ended up being delayed, and I needed to extend my check-out time at the last minute. Even though there was an additional cost, the process was so easy and smooth, which I really appreciated, especially during an already stressful travel day. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and really appreciated how accommodating and kind the staff were. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great and beyond expectation. Only one small issue: the coffee machine didn't seem to be working or not cleaned for a while. However, everything else was amazing.
