“Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir wurden von Frau Gül sehr nett betreut. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr reichhaltig. Alles wurde am schön gedeckten Tisch serviert. Das Zimmer ist gut eingerichtet und sehr schön dem alten Gebäude angepasst. Wir liebten es eine Nespressomaschine im Zimmer zu haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. ”

“一到房間就發現是兩張單人床，不過因為在訂房時，有要求要一大床。反應給飯店後，飯店馬上就更換給我。早餐採自助選擇，擺設出來的種類是我目前看過最多的，最主要的熱食也提供了好幾種。令人遺憾的是，晚上因為暖氣系統關閉，下去櫃檯反應，櫃檯說會處理。結果在房間裡等了三十分鐘，還是沒有暖氣，只好再下去櫃檯講，聽取問題的人員還是同一位。感覺上服務人員處理問題的熱忱並不夠。”

"We booked a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room. The smell was horrifying and we did not enjoy the room at all. The room is kind of old, not modern as other guests mentioned. The bathroom is very small especially the shower. An average fat person can not enter easily. The service was OK and the valet was good and efficient. The breakfast is amazing- the only reason if I have to stay here again. "
