Although the hotel is dated in terms of the rooms the hotel is ideally positioned on the main strip and convenient for shops, restaurants and the beach. All the staff are professional, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is basic buffet style but enough choice to suit all tastes. There is a nice bar around the pool to socialise with friends or other guests at any time of the day

Leider insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Besonders das Badezimmer war in keinem guten Zustand: Schimmel im Bad, ein kaputter Toilettenpapierhalter und weder ein Handtuch noch eine Badematte vor der Dusche. Da beim Duschen relativ viel Wasser auf den Badezimmerboden gelangt, wäre eine entsprechende Matte eigentlich unbedingt notwendig. Auch der Handtuchservice war sehr unzufriedenstellend. Handtücher werden grundsätzlich nur dreimal pro Woche gewechselt, wobei uns auf Nachfrage nicht einmal gesagt werden konnte, an welchen Tagen. Als wir nach neuen großen Badetüchern gefragt haben, nachdem wir unsere tagsüber am Strand benutzt hatten, wurde zunächst lediglich auf die Wechselregelung hingewiesen. Erst nach weiterer Diskussion wurden sie schließlich – eher widerwillig – ausgetauscht. Hier hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Hilfsbereitschaft und Entgegenkommen vom Personal erwartet. Zusätzlich riecht die Klimaanlage sehr unangenehm, sodass man sie nur ungern benutzt. Die gesamte Zimmereinrichtung wirkt recht alt und teilweise wenig durchdacht. Beispielsweise gab es nur auf einer Seite des Bettes eine Steckdose, was heutzutage ziemlich unpraktisch ist. Frühstück war OK. Allein die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Insgesamt fehlt es sowohl bei der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung als auch beim Service an einigen grundlegenden Dingen. Gerade der Umgang mit einfachen Anliegen der Gäste könnte deutlich freundlicher und lösungsorientierter sein.

Vi är helt nöjda.Städning och service inget att klaga på.Hade sen flygtid hem.Ordnade ett annat rum så vi kunde ligga på stranden i flera timmar innan vi kunde duscha och göra oss klara innan avresa.
