최악입니다

세상에 깨끗하다해서 예약했는데... 이건 여관도뭣도 아니예요... 로비에 바퀴벌레 때문에 애들 놀래서 현관입구에 머릴 박아 혹이나고 다치고 운기억밖에...없습니다...최악이버다

젊음을 느낄 수 있지만 가족여행은 no

공항가기전, 쉴수잏는 싼 숙소를 찾던 중 ,패밀리룸을 예약했는데요 가보니 티비도 없는 침대하나 달랑잏는 병원같은 방을 보여주더라구요 우리돈 6,7천원을 더 주고 방을 바뀌주겠데요 어머님모시고 간터라 울며겨자먹기로 !! 샤워도 하지말라하고 티비와 에어컨 있는데 작동은 엉망! 배낭여행하시는 분들은 그런대로 괜춘! 가족여행이나 중년이상은 비추합니다

音楽好きには最高

音楽が好きでこのホテルを選びました。バルコニー付きの部屋を希望したが初めに通されたのがバルコニーも窓もない部屋…希望のベット数でバルコニー付きの部屋は真下で工事をしていてうるさいからと言う事でした。2日目からはバルコニー付き部屋でベット数が足らない為マットレスを敷いて対応してもらいました。従業員も立地も最高です！！落雷で停電しましたがすぐ対応してもらいました。ヤモリと同室です。笑とても楽しめるホテルでした。

Okay, good staff.

Best thing about this hotel is the staff. As others have stated though central to most things it is very very noisy at night with the music and singing in the open air bar down stairs until after 12pm. Could not recommend unless you are a party animal. Stayed in Deluxe room attached bathroom. Very small bathroom, balcony over looked the tin roof of the walkway no view. You get what you pay for.

还好

空调坏了，折腾了1个小时，总算又修好了。对于这个价位没什么挑的。房间有些潮味。图片是一样的。

安宿としては・・・

個室でしたが、安宿としてはすごく良いです。他のコメントには、目の前のライブがうるさいとありましたが、音楽が好きで、疲れていれば、大して気にならないかと思います。隣りに本格的なカクテルも飲めるバーもありますし、寝る前の一杯？に好いです。立地も良いですし、静かな所がお望みならば、町外れかビルホテルでしょう。部屋は、フロントから出て、向かい側でしたが、数段の階段後、カードをかざして開く鉄扉、入る時はいいのですが、出るときは十段ほどの、上のスイッチを押さなければならず、ゆっくり階段を下りていると、あかねえじゃねえかいなんてことも。

便利で快適なホテル

　２階のシングルルームに４泊した。リフトはない。ホテルの前がバーやホーカーズのようになっており、見つけにくかった。部屋は少し古いが、清潔で広さも十分。部屋並みの広さのバルコニーがついていて、ここでビールを飲んだり、洗濯物を干した。バルコニーからの眺めは特別良くはない。バーでは生演奏と歌が深夜まで続いており、静かな環境ではない。ゆっくり休みたい人には別の部屋かホテルの方が無難。自分は全く気にならないので、ゆっくり眠ることができたし、むしろなかなかレベルの高い音楽を楽しんだ。ハウスキーピングが毎日されないので、溜まったごみを階下に持って行かなければならなかった。ＷｉＦｉのつながりは良かった。

熱水只能持續幾秒鐘，必須一直開開關關等它加熱=沒熱水 hot water just last few seconds=no hot water 浴室沒抽風功能，第二天進去地板是濕的no Ventilation fan in the bathroom 毛巾是髒的，請人送來替換的三條毛巾都是髒的！we got about one towel in the room,but it was dirty,I call the counter,they sent me three to choose.But three of them were dirty TOO. 冷氣不強，但它能用我就要感恩了air conditional blowing air out weakly,at least it can function.....

Hostel-type room close to TARP ferry

This small hostel-style place was perfect for our family for 5 nights (attached bathroom): near some good restaurants, a great supermarket, a taxi stand, and easy 10-minute walk to the Jesselton Ferry. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; beds and room were very clean and comfy; bathroom was more camping-style (bring your own TP). Hard to find - even taxi drivers had trouble locating the address, so ask them to call and get directions (or say "Near Sunday Market, next to Milimewa Store and Sugar Bun").

歌がうるさく、それ以上は特に問題もありません。従業員さんもなかなかいい人ですが連泊するにあたり、ベットメイキングは良いのですがタオルが小汚かったりするので注意が必要です。シャワーはトイレと併用ですが慣れれば特に問題ありません。ドライヤーもあるので最高です。 WiFi環境は悪くないですが部屋まで届かないなが難点です。

よかった。 WiFiの環境がマレーシア全体として微妙。改善されると最高。10日間のマレーシアの旅で3日はクアラルンプールに行った。ほかの7日はここコタキナバルのこのホテルに滞在することになった。ただコタキナバルはあまりやることがなく7日間は多いくらいだった。

Det var stora och rumliga rum till bra pris. Låg centralt. De har liveband utanför hotellet där det låg restauranger vilket var trevligt. Kan vara jobbigt om det stör en sömn.

Not what we expected...

Our stay at D'beach was okay for what we paid. The bed was comfy, the AC worked well, and they had free water. But other than that, it wasn't good for us. Stained towels and sheets, smelled like a chicken coop, VERY loud music and singing was awful. There also was no wifi in the rooms, had to use the lobby and even there it was slow. I would not stay here again due to these reasons.

便宜的簡單民宿

check-in的時候,櫃台人員很親切地分享附近美食與環境介紹,房間雖然簡單但床很舒服好睡,只是公共淋浴間喜的時候沒有熱水,而且水量很小,這是唯一美中不足的地方

Value for money, clean & comfortable

A great location and friendly staff. No problem leaving bags for a few days till we returned from travels. Central location especially for Sunday markets. Money changer and great Satay nearby.

Cleanliness needs some improvement

The location is in the middle of the city which is good. You can go around by foot without having to call the cabs. Me and my family don't really mind the singing people at the lounge at night. What shocked me is the blood patch on the bedsheet of my bed, it would be better if there is daily housekeeping.

價錢便宜位於gaya路中心樓下有按摩店及livebank吃飯喝酒都很方便打掃房間要每天下午2點前告知櫃台浴室有點小電視沒幾台好選

smell of smoking

I chose non-smoking room but the room was smell of cigarette and all my stuffs were smelly til next day. Room was ok but on the webpage didn't mention shared bathroom. Good thing was I could see the view of Sunday market from the toilet balcony.

夜は少し騒がしいけど、コストパフォーマンスはいい

ホテルの場所は空港バスの停留所からすぐそばです。部屋はベッドだけでシンプルですが、部屋と同じくらいのバルコニーがあり、テーブルといすもおかれています。チェックイン時に確認されますが、ホテルの一階部分はライブ会場になっており、毎日夜の12時まで大音量でライブが行われています。バルコニーでそれを聞きながら涼むこともできます。それさえ、我慢できれば値段も高くないし、コストパフォーマンスはいいと思います。ホテルはガヤ通り沿いですので日曜になるとサンデーマーケットも開催されます。食事するところも周りには多く滞在時は時に困ることはありませんでした。

总体来说挺不错的，便宜，房间整洁，不是大酒店的豪华但是挺干净的，公共洗手间也很干净，wifi 时好时坏，不是很好，楼下的pizza很好吃便宜，晚上有音乐到1点，唱的还不错，地理位置很好，去哪都方便（PS：我们去美丽华买东西包存起来的出来时候发现钱被偷了后来找警察也没什么用没有CCTV，我们是不应该把贵重物品放在包里，但是一直觉得当地人民很朴实而且穆斯林人偷窃是很严重的，就忽略了要随身带贵重物品，告诫其他游客还是小心谨慎为好）
