To the left of the entrance is the first bathroom with a floor-level shower, underfloor heating and towel heating, next to which is the in-house sauna. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor forms the centrepiece. The U-shaped kitchen with granite worktop is fully equipped and features a bar with three stools. The dining area includes a large oak table with six chairs, a high chair is available. The living room has a cosy corner leather sofa with extendable seat, a 52-inch TV with soundbar, DVD player and a high-quality stereo system. A fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere. Doors lead from the living area to three furnished terraces (east, south, west) with garden furniture, beach chairs and deckchairs, surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden with a frieze wall and wildlife fence. The garden has now grown into a green paradise and offers a beautiful privacy screen in summer reeds provide a beautiful privacy screen in summer. The numerous rose beds are resplendent in a beautiful splendour of blossom. The vacation home is located in Stralsund, known for its listed old town and various attractions, including Stralsund Zoo (approximately 4 km away), museums, a theatre, the Hansedom swimming paradise, and the Ozeaneum. It also serves as a gateway to the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee. The Bodden beach is just 400 m from the property, and public transport links are within walking distance. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. This property features a loft bed suitable for children up to 12 years old. 1 dog is allowed (for a nightly fee). Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. An electric vehicle charging station is available. Laundry packages can be booked and paid for directly with the housekeeper, Mrs. Keberlein, at a unit price.
