“The first 3 days when Iryna worked it was WONDERFUL as she went over and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. On the morning of check out, the front desk clerk was no way to be found - we had to call the hotel phone several times and then she would come from downstairs. The table where we ate breakfast was not cleared for at least an hour while other guests passed by and had to eat near it. I asked her for assistance to get my bag down the step and she told me it was not her job, but she……

“Zimmer sollten auf Schäden kontrolliert werden. Toilette bei uns im zimmer ohne Schrauben befestigt. Wasser war ab und zu braun!!! Dusche lief nicht ab.”
