Feels like a Four Seasons- style luxury hotel - but without Four Seasons prices. Lovely elegant room with great bathroom. All the staff were super helpful. Also really appreciated the nightly happy hours and complimentary walking tour of Prague

They were welcoming clean room very soft bed and soft pillows asked for harder pillows have us 2 extra pillows breakfast was nice and staff we good would use again but prob not the price we payed

The breakfast was bufet, sumptuous and similar to other hotels in that category. What American tourists need t be aware of is that European hotel policies regarding air conditioning are restrictive and you may not have it available many times even ina 4 or 5 star hotel. the front desk staff were superb, friendly, helpful and polite. They were also informative and suggested on short notice a gided tour which was as good as any I have ever had.
