"On a motorcycle tour of Scandinavia we stayed in around 15 different hotels - this was a real favourite. It was slightly out of season, so fairly quiet even though it looks like it could handle a lot of guests comfortably (I imagine it's sometimes used for weddings). Our room was superb - very recently refurbished (still had that slight "new carpet" smell) and was finished to a very high standard. Wooden cotteges there the rooms are, reception in the main building. Beautiful huge garden. Even herb garden. Forest. Perfect for a nice walk.

"We arrive late at night. The staff was wonderful. Gave us the key to parking nearby. The room was very nice. The breakfast was amazing obviously known for its breakfast fresh bread and everything you can imagine it’s right in the center of town you can walk to the castle you can walk all over town so once you park your car, you really don’t need it Would definitely come back when we have more time. We were not able to join them for dinner and ficka which is also included a very nice hotel. "
