All the plants and trees and flowers are really beautiful and well maintained. The lighting of the property is gorgeous. The views are picturesque. It's a small, quiet and peaceful hotel.Rooms and grounds are super clean. The design of the pool areas is very pretty. Breakfast is basic but filling. Ground staff although very pleasant and helpful was lingering around the hilltop suites area a lot, like really a lot-it was taking away the privacy a bit. We are in our 40s and we're glad we had our own pool and terrace to chill as the crowd was mostly young "instagram" couples- lacking warmth, a smile or good manners that usually come with experience ( or upbringing😉). Also, I don't know how but there were hardly any mosquitoes. There is a party hotel above Irida, which had parties every day from around 9 till 11pm. It echoed around the whole neighborhood!- we didn't mind-sounds of people being happy and enjoying themselves and the traditional live music was even beautiful on occasion!-but it's something to consider.

Ignored and Disappointed: Poor Communication by Hotel Management When we extended our stay, the hotel staff failed to inform us about a special 50% May discount. Although the manager later compensated us nicely, our experience with the hotel’s loyalty program has been extremely disappointing. Since our stay, we've made multiple attempts to register for the hotel’s loyalty membership. Despite discussing this directly with reception upon checkout (we were promised a follow-up that never came) and sending three subsequent emails, we've received no response whatsoever. It feels as though the hotel is deliberately avoiding our registration to prevent us from receiving the 10% discount on our next visit, especially concerning given their initial oversight regarding the 50% discount. We remain puzzled by this complete lack of communication from hotel management.

Amazing staff. Can’t say enough about them. Ideal location, clean room, delicious breakfast and restaurant. Would absolutely go back. Thank you to their incredible staff that went above and beyond.

The rooms were lovely and clean. They were basic compared with the rest of the hotel, they could have done with some more storage or drawers. Food was good, entertainment was great, the children’s pool was a little small but done the job and there was always sun beds. I’d happily go back and I never usually say that
