The place is clean, quiet, and well-kept. Alex is very nice and helpful, and the staff are kind too. The location is decent – there’s a bus running about every 30 minutes in the summer that takes you to Fira, and from there you can go anywhere on the island. We didn’t have a sea view (not sure if some rooms do), but if you can, I recommend booking one – it would make the stay even more special, especially for the sunset. A couple of small drawbacks: you’ll need some luck to get a steam iron, so it would be better if each room had its own. Also, I’d suggest the hotel refills water bottles daily after room service – it’s inexpensive, and for a 5-day stay it would only cost around €10 total (even less if bought in bulk). Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly staff and a quiet atmosphere – just a few small improvements could make it perfect.

We stayed at the Pinnacle Hotel in Athens for one night and were thrilled with our experience. The hotel itself has a unique, fresh boutique design, and while the rooms are charming, the real standout is the staff. They really 'get it' and understand those 5-star touches. They consistently went above and beyond at every step, always responsive to requests, friendly, and eager to help with directions, recommendations, etc. The location is also perfect. You're right in the center of everything, surrounded by restaurants and cafés, and just a 15–20 minute walk to the Acropolis. There’s so much to do within easy reach, making it an ideal base for exploring Athens. Finally, the rooftop patio is a highlight, with stunning views of the city, including a direct view of the Acropolis. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Oia never disappoints and this establishment is the epitome of luxury and the centre of a world of sunrises and sunsets in the heart of this blue dome ancient town. Simply stunning!
