Coconut is the major crop cultivated in Sri Lanka and it is commonly found all over the island, except in hill country. However, the soil in coastal region of Sri Lanka suits well for coconut cultivation than anywhere else. This was taken at the Nilaveli beach in Trincomalee. Nilaveli is a great place for spend your evening and have a bath in the sea as it is shallow and clear.
