The sunny west balcony invites you to end the day in the evening sun. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, very comfortable sofas, a bright bedroom with a large double bed and spacious storage options, a comfortable bathroom and an entrance area with storage facilities for jackets, bags etc. When you step out of the house, you are in the middle of the popular beach street with numerous restaurants, cafes and boutiques. You reach the beach and the pier in a few minutes.

Schöner Urlaub mit Einschränkungen
Die Wohnung hat einen super Standort und ist ansich von der Größe/ Ausstattung gut. Leider gab es ein paar Einschränkungen Der dazugehörige Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage war nicht nutzbar, da das Auto max. 1,65 m sein dürfte. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock ( was nicht bekannt war) und die schweren Stoffvorhänge sowie Sofa und Sessel sehr verstaubt. Dadurch war schlafen für unseren kleinen und mich mit Hausstaub Allergie kaum möglich.

Wohnung mit super Lage aber Renovierungsbedarf
Wir haben eine Woche in Kühlungsborn verbracht. In Bezug auf die Lage ist die Wohnung super. Das Bad ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Küche hat auch bessere Zeiten hinter sich. In manchen Teilen lies die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Die Klobürste war dreckig und in der Kaffeemaschine war Schimmel. Das ist nicht in Ordnung.

schöne Tage in Kühlungsborn
wir haben hier wiederum sehr schöne Tage verbringen können und die zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Unterkunft hat uns rundherum zufrieden gestellt. Parken, abgeschlossener Fahrradstellplatz alles ist bestens organisiert. Gerne immer wieder.

Schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung direkt im Geschehen
Wir waren froh das wir dort waren, es ist zu 100 % zu empfehlen. Das Appartement sehr schön gelegen, der Strand zum greifen nah und Restaurants sofort erreichbar. Besser ging nicht. Hoffentlich dürfen wir nochmals kommen. Lieben Dank an die Vermieter und Vermittlung der Schlü

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Tolle zentrale Lage. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Gute Aufteilung der Wohnung und sehr gute Ausstattung. Noch kuschliger wäre es für uns mit Jalousien oder dünnen Vorhängen an den Fenster. So ging nur hell und freie Sicht raus und rein oder dunkel und abgeschirmt. Alles andere war super. Danke

Schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen, wunderbar!
Sehe gute Lage, Wohnung sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Empfehlenswert! Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist leider nur für Fahrzeuge bis 1,6 m Höhe geeignet. Die Agentur vor Ort hat uns freundlicherweise eine Alternative angeboten. Vielen Dank dafür.
