“Great stay at Frederick’s Lodge in Kumasi. Propert is clean, safe and well maintained. The best however was the service of the kind and attentive staff. I particularly appreciated the extra efforts of Kathryn, Emanual and Francis. Many thanks. We’ll be back.”

“Everything was going well until I had an issue at the restaurant. After I paid for my meal, the staff returned without my full change and said they didn’t have any. This kind of situation is far too common and often feels like a deliberate way of shortchanging customers. I wasn’t pleased, and I made it clear that I would have gladly tipped more than the amount withheld. Service providers can and should do better. Customers shouldn’t have to ask for their exact change, no matter how small”

“For a day stay is ok but not for many days of stay. Bed is too hard, hallway and stairs were not cleaned. Rooms doesn't have soap, it's like the staff do not prepare the rooms before the guest arrives. Restaurants workers do not smile and you have to call them before they attend to you. Maybe it is just a guest house and not a hotel so they have low standards. But the services are poor.”
