Our stay was very seamless and the staff were lovely. It’s a short walk from the subway so fairly easy to get around. The room was nice and modern, the only issue we had was the A/C wasn’t able to cool our room well enough so it was a bit warm at times.

The hotel itself was beautiful and easy yet inexpensive to taxi to Kyoto station, though there is also public transport nearby. The staff and facilities were beautiful and the 12pm check out was a nice bonus as most places have a 10-11 AM check out policy. Overall will be staying again. Also one of the few places that allows 4 people in a room in Kyoto.

Beautiful hotel with the best staff especially Hannah. So convenient to get to Kyoto station 1 stop. Walking distance to many tourist areas and has a family mart right across the road for your early morning and late night goodies . Highly highly recommended
