Location is within 15 mins of the major shopping belt and transport is not a problem as well. Rooms are well furnished and comes with full amenities like cooking stove, washing machine en-suite toilet and bathorrom. Will return for sure!"

"Nice little hotel within 10 minute walk to American Village. 7-11 and Family Mart are a couple of blocks away. Rooms have washer/dryer, a full fridge and microwave. Hot plate on request. Parking cost is 500Y a day or 1000Y for your entire stay (whether it’s 2 days or 2 months). There’s also free parking across the street."

"These apartments are very nice and they are right on the beach. I cannot say enough good about the office personnel. However, the first thing you see is some old buildings right by the proprty and then youre hit with a horrible small. You cant walk to dinner or even to a Family Mart or Lawsons. Nice apartments but would pick somewhere else next time. "

The downside is the filters on the A/C were filthy. I had to clean them because two of my persons have allergies and the dust was terrible. "Location-wise it is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The size of the room is probably at least double of any business hotels around the Kagoshimachuo Station area. Very nice to have a cloth dryer in the bathroom so you can enjoy warm and fully dried towels. The fridge is also a good size one (not the typical hotel cube) so you can stock it up more when staying there for a longer period. "
