Het huis is voor een familie een prima plek om de stad en de omgeving te verkennen. Het huis is ruim genoeg voor een familie tot 10 personen. De inrichting van het huis is wat gedateerd. Basis keukengerei is aanwezig, maar niet heel luxe. De vaatwasser doet zijn werk maar matig. Daarnaast misten we bijvoorbeeld prullenbakjes. op badkamers.
