Beautiful, comfortable country house "Touzy". 6 km from the centre of L'Honor-de-Cos, 14 km from the centre of Montauban, 45 km from the centre of Cahors, on a slope, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 1 - depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and alarm system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (60 m2), garden furniture. 400 m long bumpy, steep motor access. Parking at the house on the premises. Bus stop "Montauban, Aussone" 11 km.
"Touzy", 6-room house 200 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 8 adults + 2 children. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room, on 2 levels with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra) with dining table. Exit to the garden. Bathroom, shower/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, shower/WC. Wood heating. Panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.
