Philippe, the owner and former Airbnb SuperHost has entrusted me with the management of his apartment.
You will have a great time in a quiet place near the most beautiful beach in Europe; according to some chauvinists!
The apartment is simply decorated but very comfortable, you will appreciate especially the large terrace. Very quiet apartment of 30m² with a terrace of 20m², on the 4th and last floor with elevator. The secured residence is located in the heart of a magnificent park, at 250 meters, the beach in the middle of the bay of La Baule, at 200 meters, the forest of Escoublac and the equestrian center of Platanes.
You will also enjoy the 2 private swimming pools open from May to September.
Just opposite, the pharmacy of the Forest and the Grocery of the Forest (press, bread, croissants and fresh catering dishes every day). On the beach, restaurants, sailing clubs. The apartment has a double bedroom with a large balcony, a living room opening onto the terrace and can accommodate two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and the toilets are separate. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster...

## Emplacement
La Baule is a seaside resort located on the Atlantic coast, it is part of the Côte d'Amour, between Le Pouliguen and Pornichet. The seaside resort was developed in the 19th century, and its downtown has a remarkable architecture. Every year, the town hosts the famous La Baule triathlon.
