"House was in a lovely location. Garden was rustic beautiful sound of frogs in the evening. House comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Owner was helpful to accommodate a later check out. Shame half a toilet roll, and no soap provided. Would rather have had these basics than the local bottle of wine! Especially as had just stayed at another place with the basics including toilet paper soap and cleaning products in addition salt and coffee being provided."

"We had a fantastic family holiday to celebrate a 60th birthday. The Longere was perfect and suited all our needs. The location suited our group of 3 generations. It was so peaceful. Special mention to Alex and Anita for making the surprise 60th work so well. It was a truly memorable day. The pool was brilliant, safe for our grandchildren and everyone else. "We have stayed with extended family and friends including a number of teens, baby and a large dog. Had brilliant time, house well equipped for all ages, pool is large and very well maintained. Extensive grounds with lots of places to relax including my favourite - the hammock! The views are to die for! All very clean and the owners were fantastic, helpful but not intrusive. We had such a lovely time and will come back to continue exploring the area - so much to do!"

"Cette maison est un parfait mélange de luxe et de rusticité. Des prestations haut de gamme dans le salon, mais pas de poignée à la porte de la chambre, ou des salles de bains un peu passées, mais c'est ce contraste qui la rend incroyable. On sent que c'est une maison familiale, qui permet de se retrouver ensemble autour du billard ou de la piscine, des grandes tables pour les jeux de société au milieu de la nature et des animaux. Quelques informations du site sont erronées : La piscine n'est pas chauffée et n'est pas sécurisée et à priori elle peut être partagée avec une autre location mitoyenne. Il y a deux chambres et non trois, le troisième couchage est un canapé convertible dans le salon. L'endroit est calme et à l'abri du voisinage"

"We’ve had a wonderful week here. The pool is fantastic especially as temperatures were in the high 30s, thankfully inside the house remains cool. The garden is huge and beautiful with secure fencing allowing our dog to safely explore. Marie is welcoming and friendly, the perfect host. The house is lovely and very well equipped. The location is remote and peaceful but an easy drive to the next village for groceries and 2 bakeries."
