It is located in the heart of the municipality of La Codoñera, a quiet town of about 300 inhabitants of the region of Bajo Aragón where you have all the necessary services for those guests who require it, such as supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, meat, bar-restaurant, swimming pool, etc.

The apartments have been created from the rehabilitation of the original building, dated in 1891, maintaining and / or recovering to the maximum the structural and ornamental elements originally existing in the house, such as the stone facade, the wooden beams, the vaulted ceilings as well as the typical colors of the area in interior and exterior spaces.

This building was used as a private home in its beginnings and as a corral later.

The Codoñera sits on a plain watched over the Santa Bárbara mountain. Its best panoramic can be contemplated from the hermitage of Loreto.

PERFECTO!!!

Hemos pasado cuatro días en el apartamento Los Almendros y todo ha resultado perfecto. Desde la facilidad para contactatar con el dueño, hasta el entorno , pasando por el equipamiento del apartamento( tiene aire acondicionado y el wifi funciona perfectamente).El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una familia de cinco miembros( incluso cabría uno más). La terraza es una auténtica pasada , recordaremos nuestros desayunos y cenas en ella durante mucho tiempo. El entorno permite realizar un montón de excursiones increibles. En fin, lo único malo ha sido no poder disfrutarlo algún día más.

El lugar perfecto para descansar y disfrutar

Chema y Hugo son super gentiles, estabamos de viaje con un remolque enorme y nos permitieron de ponerlo en un garaje privado sin pagar mas. La casa es super bonita, equipada en todo, la cama es super comoda y la todo te permite de sentirte en tu casa. Todo el alojamiento es echo con mucho amor, nos ha encantado! El pueblo es pequeno y la gente muy bonita, situado cerca de Albaniz y Caspe. Cerca de casa hay tambien un lugar de observacion de aves...espectacular! Esperamos volver pronto, han sido dias maravillosos. Lo consejo!!!

Una semana este agosto

Lo ponemos tarde pero no nos olvidamos! Semana súper tranquilos en un entorno familiar, con dos caseros estupendos, Chema y Hugo, nos trataron de primera, muy muy atentos, fuel el cumpleaños de mi mujer y nos sorprendieron con una tarta! Apartamento y zona comunitaria estupenda, acogedor, no le faltaba ningún detalla, todo muy limpio y cuidado. Seguro que repetimos. Muchas gracias por el trato desde Barcelona. Semana de vacaciones

Apartamento bien cuidado y bonitos detalles. Se puede disfrutar de un patio comunitario decorado con buen gusto, acorde con la casa. Está situado dentro del pueblo y es ideal para ir con niños. Mi hijo andaba sólo por el pueblo y no hubo ningún problema. La gente es simpática y acogedora. El trato con los propietarios ha sido muy bueno. Son atentos, amables y discretos.

Seguro que repetiremos

Hola, Hemos estado un fin de semana en Lo Regolfo, y ha sido estupendo. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado y lleno de detalles con carácter. El pueblo y los otros pueblos que hay alrededor son muy bonitos y vale la pena visitarlos. Los anfitriones fueron excelentes. Las vistas desde la casa son espectaculares. El pueblo es muy tranquilo y hay un silencio que ya ni recordábmos que existía. Como vimos el comentario de las campanas, pensábamos que igual se oían más, pero ni las oímos por la noche. Seguro que repetiremos que nos han quedado muchas cosas por ver.

¡El apartamento perfecto!

Estuvimos todo un fin de semana con mi família (5 personas) y realmente ¡estuvimos como en casa! El trato fue maravilloso, el lugar súper acogedor, las comodidades perfectas y el entorno ¡muy tranquilo! Eso si, para los más sensibles al sueño (como yo) ¡cuidado con las campanas del pueblo! Suenan cada 15 minutos ¡toda la noche! jeje. Fue genial la estancia. Nos alojamos para vistar unos familiares en Calanda y de seguro que si tenemos que volver, nos alojaremos en Lo Regolfo! Anna.

Casa cuidada y rehabilitada con mucho mimo

Hugo y Chema han creado un espacio nuevo manteniendo el espiritu de una casa de antes. Los apartamentos estan muy cuidados y completos. Las zonas comunes son estupendas. La barbacoa y terraza tienen un encanto especial y la bodega... Gracias por un estancia inolvidable.

Fantástica estancia en Lo Regolfo

Cada vez que vamos de vacaciones a La Codoñera no dudamos en que nos alojaremos en Lo Regolfo si hay disponibilidad. Llevamos yendo desde casi su inauguración y siempre hemos recibido un trato excelente por parte de Hugo y Chema que hacen que te sientas como en tu casa y te dejan disfrutar del patio con barbacoa y la bodega - comedor. Casa Rural de Lujo

Un 10 para los apartamentos!! Estuvimos en los almendros, en el piso de arriba, con unas vistas increíbles y un comedor espacioso y moderno. Muy cómodo y limpio. Disfrutamos tb de la barbacoa del patio y la bodega, donde hicimos la cena de nochevieja, calentitos y con la carne recien salida de las brasas!! En cuanto a las excursiones. Los alrededores dan para mucho!!

Sencillamente ideal!!!

Hemos pasado una semana tranquila, sin ruidos, relajados...en definitiva genial. El tiempo nos ha acompañado y no ha hecho demasiado calor( teniendo en cuenta de que hemos ido a mediados de julio...jeje), hemos hecho muchas excursiones para conocer la zona y han sido todas encantadoras. El apartamento es ideal, limpio, acogedor y bien surtido de todo. Lo único a mejorar es la situación del baño que para acceder a él se debía pasar al dormitorio principal, pero nada q no se pudiera subsanar. El trato con los dueños ha sido excelente y cercano, han estado pendientes de q todo estuviera en condiciones. Desde luego, no nos importaría volver. Saludos de una familia de Valencia PD: Chema y Hugo, solo falta la piscina privada y es perfecto...jejejej :-P

DIAS DE RELAX

Hemos pasado cuatro días en el apartamento los olivos, y hemos de decir que han sido estupendos, llegamos el día 22 y nos recibió Chema, muy agradablemente, nos enseñó toda la casa al completo y fue muy atento, después estuvimos de lo más agustito en el apartamento con la calefacción que funciona de maravilla, además de estar muy cuco y bien organizado, pues aunque es pequeñito, (cogimos el pequeño, pues somos tres), no le falta de nada, ningún detalle, y está tan bien organizado que te coge todo y más. El pueblo es un remanso de paz, la gente muy entrañable, y tiene una tienda, con unos precios!!! casi de cuando las pesetas!!!, vamos que se puede comprar muy bien, y la de la tienda una mujer muy agradable......, pasamos una buena navidad!!! y ya el día 26 que nos íbamos vimo Hugo, un encanto también, muy buena gente, que nos trató como si nos conociese de tiempo......, creo que poco más se puede decir, solo que vale la pena pasar por lo regolfo y sus alrededores, nosotros aprovechamos también para conocer Zaragoza, una ciudad preciosa!!!!, un saludo muy grande a Hugo y Chema, que tengais un feliz año y hasta pronto!!!!

Recargar pilas

Durante este pasado Puente de Todos Los Santos, hemos disfrutado los 5 ( mi mujer, mis 3 hijos y yo ) de unos estupendos días de tranquilidad absoluta y de desconexión total en la Codoñera, en la casa de Lo Regolfo, 100% recomendable. Venimos desde Palafolls ( Barcelona ), pero la estancia en la casa recompensa de sobras las 3 horas de trayecto: - Los dueños, Hugo y Chema, super atentos, pendientes en todo momento que no les falte de nada a sus huespedes. - El apartamento, completisimo, decorado con mucho gusto, en muy buen estado y con todas las comodidades. - La casa, estupenda, con patio, bodega, barbacoa, lavanderia y en el centro del pueblo. - El pueblo, tranquilo, situado inmejorablemente para realizar paseos por los alrededores o desplazamientos cortos en coche para conocer la comarca. Ideal para recargar las pilas. Amenazamos con volver antes que se nos descarguen.

Los Olivos : perfecto y hospitalario

Alojamiento agradable y limpio en estilo espanol. Los duenos son muy amables. 4 noches en Los Olivos. Para comer : bar de la plaza!!! Recuerdos a Hugo y coraje para bien terminar el patio. Carine y Jean de Belgica.
