A little paradise in Gigaro: this charming 32 m² apartment with sea view and garden is just 400 m (private path) from the beautiful Gigaro beach and the Conservatoire du Littoral. This is a rare and exceptional spot on the Côte d’Azur, renowned for its natural surroundings.



Renovated in 2022, the apartment features air conditioning, high-speed fiber internet, a south-facing terrace with views of the sea and the islands of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, plus a shaded 30 m² east-facing garden. Private parking is available nearby. A small mezzanine is available for young children; please contact the owner via the platform for details.



Lou Cigalou is located in a private 50-hectare terraced estate surrounded by umbrella pines and oleanders. The sea views are stunning from every angle. Within the estate, 500 m from the apartment, you’ll find a 25 m x 12 m pool with relaxation area, sun loungers, lifeguard, and four shaded tennis courts.



The property is secure and monitored at all times. The caretaker makes regular rounds.



Inside, the apartment offers a living room with open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (160x200), wardrobes, and bookshelf. Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eigerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Meer sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss und auch an geeigneten Spaziergängen fehlt es nicht! Bei Einchecken hat alles wunderbar geklappt! 🙏
