This was our first time in La Crosse and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and professional. The breakfast was so good and they did a great job keeping everything well stocked and replenished when it got low. The room was clean and well prepared for us-we will definitely stay here again next time we are in La Crosse.

Breakfast was insufficiently stocked with the high number of guests that weekend. Those that were later in the morning had very few choices

The motel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful as I had to make a few changes to our stay. There were many choices for breakfast.

Pretty Good
The hotel was really nice, but the bed and pillows could have been softer. I enjoyed the breakfast, but it seemed really strange they didn't have any potatoes to go with the eggs and meat. And rather than having bacon and breakfast sausage, they served canadian bacon and turkey sausage. Ain't nobody asking for that substitution.

Will not stay there again
Well, my daughter sat in urine that had soaked through the bedding which wasn't cleaned up from the last guests. Originally we were offered $30 off or points. We asked to speak to a manager and even spoke to corporate. All we got was $70 off of a $600 hotel bill. Doesn't seem right.

It’s a nice hotel. The breakfast is lacking. The staff is very friendly. The hotel looks newly remodeled. It’s very loud around the hotel. You can hear the outside traffic even on the 4th floor.

Overbooked and didn't have a room when arrived
When my parents arrived the hotel was overbooked and didn't have a room available for them onsite. We even checked in digitally the night before, so they knew they were coming and didn't give us a warning prior to arrival. The destination was four hours from their home and was not a pleasant surprise to find out to start off their weekend away.

We had a great stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites! The room was clean and nice, the staff was friendly. I will say that our bathroom fan did not work and that was frustrating at times, because of the steam after showers and I personally like to have the sound of the vent as noise.

Loved the fresh fruit at breakfast and all of the other little touches that make such a difference and make your hotel noteworthy. Much appreciated! Location is wonderful. We had a great dinner nearby and a nice walk across the bridge and near the waterfront.
