L’appartement choisi était un grand 4 et demi, très propre, presque neuf, qui inclut laveuse et sécheuse. Les commodités de la cuisine étaient très bien. Nous avons apprécié le BBQ sur le balcon.

Stayed for a week. Room was spacious and hotel with close to main roads and St.John. If you get the free breakfast know that there are only three options; full breakfast, breakfast sandwich and fruit bowl (fruit, yoghurt, granola) but every time we asked for the fruit bowl they said they had no fruit. We complained to the front desk and they said they should have fruit. We then asked the next day and they were out of yoghurt. It was always something and we were there right when they opened. They also need to update how to receive maid service, told to put a sign out but never given one and had the maid only come into our room once cause we saw her in the hall and asked. Very bad service for getting towels and a clean room.

None of the above. It was a lovely room. But not convenient. Over priced.

Everything we needed including generous surface parking in a great location. A historic property so a little noisier than newer hotels. The free drink offer doesn’t exist anymore but was issued a card for $20 off $50 spend at Jack Astors across the street.

This is a well kept property with nice sized rooms, and an excellent restaurant and bar with awesome staff. Only negative is that, with the pool and slides etc. the locals come and hold birthday parties for their kids, who run wild up and won the halls. A quick word to the front desk and it went quiet! I think it is a great amenity for the locals folks as long as they keep their children in line. All in all though, excellent property.
