The staff was very responsive and kind to a tourist with limited Spanish speaking ability. Everything was clean and the property, and the rooftop pool was a highlight. The location right on Plaza Mayor makes this the perfect destination spot for a first time tourist in Madrid. You are no more than a 15 minute walk to almost everything you want to see in Madrid.
