Located 2 km from La Môle’s centre, guests can enjoy fresh pastries from the bakery and dine at local restaurants. Beach lovers will find sandy shores just 9 km away, with water sports available nearby. The villa’s prime location also makes it easy to explore the famous French Riviera hotspots. Fully air-conditioned, the villa features four spacious bedrooms, including two with en suite bathrooms. The large garden offers multiple terraces, some covered, furnished with comfortable seating and deckchairs for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. Outdoor amenities include a pétanque court, table tennis, and a barbecue area—perfect for lively dinners and fun-filled days.
