    "Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

    "This 17th century palace/home is one of the most beautiful and comfortable boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. Don't miss the nightly guitar concert and a drink in the lush courtyard or the sunset view of the Giralda from the gorgeous rooftop deck. The staff gave extra effort to make our stay perfect. Hotel Casa del Poeta is one of the few perfect places that I can recommend without reservation."

    "The apartment was air conditioned, clean, spacious and beautiful! It was in the middle of a lively and safe area, close to everything. You must get past 3 doors to get into your apartment which makes you feel safe. The host is continuously in touch to make sure all needs are met. Would highly recommend."
