### Cozy 4-person apartment in La Rochelle with pool

Joli appartement de vacances situé au cœur des Minimes, proche du port de plaisance. Au rez de chaussé d'une résidence calme et sécurisée, l'appartement se compose d'un séjour avec canapé convertible 2 places en 140cm, une chambre attenante avec un lit 140cm pouvant accueillir 2 personnes, un petit coin cuisine équipée, une salle d'eau et un WC indépendant.   
Un joli pied à terre pour vos vacances.  
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Piscine Juillet/Août sous réserve des conditions climatiques et sanitaires, résidence sécurisée, laverie, proche de la plage et de l'océan. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes).  
  
La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence. Concernant les animaux de compagnie, pour les logements qui les acceptent (voir descriptif ou en faire la demande au gestionnaire), un supplément de 39€/animal sera à régler en sus à l'arrivée.
