### T2 Tout Confort Avec Balcon

Completely renovated, in a functional and modern style, the apartment, facing south-west, is equidistant from the Old Port of La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré   
 The 41 m² apartment has:   
a bedroom with a double bed and a very comfortable sofa bed to accommodate two other people a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric hob, extractor, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle) a pleasant and bright living room thanks to its bay windows over the entire width a bathroom equipped with a modern shower and a toilet from a balcony a digicode and an intercom a television with DVD player and a FREE Fiber Internet connection for your moments of relaxation a bicycle room Bed linen and towels are provided for 4 people (package of 29 €)   
 Umbrella bed on request (supplement of 10 €)   
 SITUATION :   
 Apartment address : 20 passage de l'Europe 17000 La Rochelle   
The historic heart of La Rochelle (Town Hall) is 2.5 km, or about twenty minutes on foot (more or less depending on whether you are more of a tongue or basketball player!!!)   
 AMENITIES:   
Forget your car and make your life easier, all amenities are at the foot of the apartment (within 100 meters around): bakery-pastry shop, butcher-delicatessen, bar, tobacconist, pharmacy, physiotherapist, optician , nurses, pedicures, banks, hair salons (men/women), self-service laundromat, supermarket, service station, post office, town hall annex, urban bicycles…   
 TRANSPORT:   
– A bus stop is 200 m from the apartment and connects the main sites of the La Rochelle agglomeration   
– The train station is 3.5 km away (by bus in 15 minutes, on foot through the city center in 30 minutes)
