Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, durch die große Fensterfront sehr hell und freundlich. Ein Fahrstuhl in die 3.Etage ist vorhanden. Die große Dachterrasse bietet eine herrlichen Blick auf die Kieler Förde. Das Platzangebot (30qm)ist nicht besonders üppig und das kleine Badezimmer ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig.

Moderne und sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Toller Blick in Richtung Meer von der großen Terrasse aus. Nutzung eines eigenen kostenlosen Strandkorbs. Centrumsnah und wenige Schritte zum Strand. Bei höheren Temperaturen wäre vielleicht eine Klimaanlage perfekt. Oberste Etage heizt sich sehr schnell auf. Für "ältere Semester" waren die Matratzen sehr weich ;).

Eine nette kleine Unterkunft mit einer traumhaften Dachterrasse. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist auf mehreren Urlaubsportalen, wurde aber noch nicht überall korrigiert. Als ich gebucht habe, und auch noch bei meiner Ankunft, war die Beschreibung noch alt, dementsprechend falsch. Geworben wurde mit „renoviert in 2014“, aber auch mit einer Tassimo Maschine, es handelte sich um eine Cafissimo und sie war defekt, und mit einem nicht vorhandenen Tischgrill. Sinnvoll wäre meiner Meinung nach eine regelmäßige Überprüfung der Beschreibungen.
