Arrived to The hotel late last night and the front desk staff was inpatient. Somewhat rude when dealing with myself and my elderly aunty. He needs to learn customer service and how to deal with customers instead being rushed. I had paid for my room last night and I asked for my receipt and he wasn’t going to until I gave a great fuss that I wasn’t walking away until I get a receipt that I paid last night. My aunty same thing was being rude to her when she stepped up to pay her room. He told her to live aside he wasn’t dealing with her yet but with me. It was the way he seemed frustrated or overwhelmed. Idk but other than him the sleep was good, room was perfect n the checkout lady was very professional and polite with good customer service. An Edmonton stay customer.

So I had thought the roots would be way cheaper being its lac la biche. The guy at the counter was rude so that wasn’t a good start. They had 2 sets of elevators and only one worked. Parking was terrible, had to either be there early to find a spot or park pretty far, I didn’t see any parking lines. There was fingerprints on the jacuzzi mirror, so we guessed that hasn’t been cleaned for a while. Breakfast was “eh” boiled sausages and watery eggs. The price is what I didn’t like. That’s a crazy amount of money for a hotel with no amenities within walking distance or in the building.

We were on the first floor which had also has a door to the parking lot. It was nice to bring our luggage directly to the room from our vehicle, but there was about 1/2 inch gap between the door and the frame making us feel a little unsafe. The room was dirty in corners, walls mirrors. Stove looked like wiped with a dirty cloth. Dated with chips in furniture and wall. Often had difficulty with the card swiping into the room. Reception staff very nice. Breakfast was fine. Would probably not stay there again.

Everything at Ramada Lac La Biche was quite satisfactory. The room was clean and spacious with all the supplies needed in the bathroom area. The only recommendation would be to change the mattress in the king bed. Every movement made it difficult to get comfortable and to sleep. It’s a good thing there was a couch which was slightly more comfortable to sleep in.

We had been told we would get a discount for either being seniors or attending a funeral. We DID NOT get any kind of discount. The price we paid was the price that we booked at. We had booked to rooms, one for us and one for an Aunt. All of us were Seniors attending a Funeral for a family member. Very disappointed.

I had an unexpected in lac la biche i was able to book a room at the Ramada the front deck person wes very friendly and had me checked in quickly, the rol was bery well equipped and tje bed wad very comfortable i had a great sleep and the free hot breakfast was amazing

I have stayed at this property earlier in the year and was completely satisfied, this time wasn't as good, there seemed to be a damp/mouldy smell when we run the air conditioner which was all the time in 30 heat. The hottub was dirty around the edge, there was a dirty line at the water level, it was obviously not cleaned for a while. I have a hottub and its never in that state.

What do you expect i guess. Don't think because its a Ramada that it is anything special. Filthy hallways. Entire place is pounded out. Manger guy was serving breakfast trying to make ever hashbrown count. What a joke.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, had the exact room 2 months ago and the same stain is still there, hot tub/pool is still closed. Breakfast is amongst the best
