SUPER T2 of 25 m2 furnished + 10M2 terrace in the Residence Bleu Marine located on the 1st floor, quiet and secure residence, very sunny accommodation overlooking the pool, it is located 100 meters from the beach (direct access) and 300 m from the center of LACANAU OCEAN, - Golf 2 km - Lake 5 km. PRIVATE PARKING. My accommodation is perfect for couples and families (with children). Pets accepted.


Renovation recent, decoration and modern, laundry (open hours and according to current rates)

EQUIPMENT:
- Large terrace of 10 m2 facing the sea, without vis-à-vis, facing south / west with a garden (1 table + 4 armchairs)
- Living room with 1 sofa (trundle bed for 2 people - 2 mattresses of 80), LCD TV
- Kitchen area consisting of a table + 4 chairs, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, complete equipment of crockery and kitchen utensils.
- separate bedroom with double bed 140 + wardrobes with window overlooking the ocean
- Bathroom with bathtub and glazed protection for shower + sink and cupboard
- Separate W. C
- Entrance: cupboard with wardrobe and shelves

Residence equipment:
- Reception with laundry
- 2 outdoor swimming pools secured (including 1 for children), reserved for residents, solarium (many sunbeds) open at least from mid June to mid September.
- Playground: ping pong table, slide.

Toller erholsamer Urlaub
Das Zimmer war etwas klein für uns vier +Hund, hatte aber alles was man benötigte und ist gut ausgestattet. Direkter Zugang zum Meer ist perfekt, unsere Hund freute sich immer über Strand Spaziergang. Alles sehr schnell zu erreichen, tolle Geschäfte gute Bars und Restaurants. Alles im allem ein gelungener Urlaub.
