We had the unfortunate luck to stay at the Alpena Ramada during a disaster--major ice/snow storm! Due to this, it was impossible to keep the parking lot and sidewalks cleared. The staff were nice and friendly, my only grip was that the kitchen area was not that clean when I arrived. There was a sticky stain next to the trashcan and there was some sort of dust/paper material under vent in the bathroom. I just kinda wet a paper towel with the dish soap they provided. But ...
