This spacious and private home is perfect for your next family getaway to Northern Idaho! Inside, this home features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining room with seating for everyone, and a spacious and open living area with a gas fireplace and a large TV. If you're up for a little friendly competition, play Ping-Pong or foosball. In the evening, relax out on the furnished deck while dinner sizzles away on the gas grill, and then gather around the firepit for storytelling and catching up. And with the fully-enclosed yard, dog pen, and doggy door, your four-legged family member will also have an amazing time here!

This home is just one block from the public boat launch for days of fun on Lake Pend Oreille. Three blocks away, Riley Creek State Park offers sandy beaches, play equipment, docks, picnic areas, and great walking trails. Sandpoint is only 14 miles away for shopping and dining. And skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and mountain biking are a few of the activities that can be found at Schweitzer Mountain Resort, less than 30 miles north. Venture a little further to Silverwood theme park 45 miles away for a fun day together or try Priest Lake 50 miles away for its beaches, parks, boating, and fishing.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
