The property was fine pretty clean staff was good my Grumble was the bed was like used beyond belief was like sleeping literally on the box spring. Also breakfast had a lot of starch and biscuits,coffe,juice ,eggs but no sausage or bacon for protein.

Staff was nice. They don't change the bedding, there was mold on the tub corners and over the door. They pretty much took the garbage out and finally on the 3rd day gave us cups and coffee. Not impressed

Convenient location close to restaurants, freeway and park. Rooms are spacious, quiet and seemed to be clean. Breakfast was good with good selection. Hotel property is run down, zero curb appeal, inside is dirty, carpet in hallways are filthy, pool and hot tub were not working which would have been nice to know when I booked. Hotel needs a renovation but doesn’t seem like any money is going back into property.

Our room was clean. A/C was quiet when it kicked in. Bathroom could use an upgrade -some of the trim around the tub looked flaky and beginning to rot from water. I like that this property is within walking distance of the rim trail of the Snake River Canyon.

The room was in excellent condition. The front desk staff was super accommodating and helpful. The property could use some updating and complete fencing from the shopping center behind it. Some of the long term clientele on the other hand gave tweaker den motel vibes. Thankfully I didnt have a problem with my rental car or other belongings but wasnt a warm and fuzzy experience.

The staff were great. They let me check in a bit early. The breakfast is always good. Th only problem was the smell of the couch. It smelled like an ashtray. It really stunk. Like take that thing to the dumpster. I am an ex smoker but this thing was literally burning my eyes just sitting on it.(not an exaggeration! Otherwise I like the location, staff and food…..
