The room was clean the bathroom was clean. Beds were average in confort. If you are looking for a hotel with a pool you will be disappointed. Even though all the booking sits say they have one they didn't. Also breakfast buffet had very minimal choices. I would rather gone down to the redding market for breakfast.

Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them aware.
