Everything was good. Food was okay. Service at reservation required restaurants was horrible.

The facility itself is amazing. The staff is phenomenal. The service is top tier. The spa is the best. The beach is beautiful but current/waves were strong. It’s a quick golf cart ride to the beach and other restaurants/facilities. The food was okay.

To be completely honest, I was terrified to stay here after reading some of the reviews. Let me just say, we were pleasantly surprised! I would say 7 out of 10 for sure. The check-in process was very easy. It took us about 15 mins to get squared away. We did ask for our room to be upgraded and it was very much worth the up-charge. The team that checked us in was very friendly. He answered all our questions and gave us the lay of the resort. Our room, located on the 6th floor, was super nice! We had an ocean view which was absolutely breathtaking. The room was clean upon arrival, floors freshly mopped and tons of towels. I am a bit of a clean freak so I always pack my own cleaning supplies, towels and sheets. The infinity pool was super nice. It over looked the ocean and the water was nice and WARM! Now, I will say, some of the staff is hit or miss. The staff at the outside bar, by the pool, were VERY rude. However, the staff at the buffet were friendly and helpful. The bartender on the 3rd floor made really good drinks! The staff, again, hit or miss. The food at the breakfast buffet wasn’t good in my opinion. Your best bet will be the omelette station. Needless to say, we didn’t go back for breakfast and chose to eat off the resort. I would recommend this resort if you don’t mind traveling off the resort for more of a night life. They did have music playing around 7/8pm which was cool. The drive from the resort to the Marina is about 30 minutes and cost around $28 USD for

The property is awesome, well maintained and well planned. Having several options for dining and different pools around the property is a plus. The staff is super friendly, professional and courteous in fact I remember a waitress called Isabel (serving the pool area where the pizza station is located) who was AWESOME!!! Food quality was very good, breakfast offer was very good and it accommodates almost all preferences/limitation. Breakfast process was fast and the service was great (almost no wait time). Tried some restaurants and the service and the food were really good. Now, what I didn't like: - Restaurants booking model: Will be good to be notified that you need to book your whole stay in advance as the rest gets sold out very fast. It was a low season and I couldn't find a slot for some restaurants during the whole week :(... if you go there, day 1 try to book every single dinner otherwise you will be eating Pizza much of the nights :( - Beverage model: I got the full package however they control the drinks (alcohol and not alcoholic) in a way that takes for ever to get a drink. It doesn't matters if you approach the bar to pickup the drink by yourself or ask any of the waitress to bring one wherever you are. - Transportation: If you use Uber (highly recommended because the taxis are very expensive) you need to leave the property and get into a dirty ally to gain access to your uber driver. It's not fun to be there under the inclement sun and all the dirt
