Our experience at the Estate house property was exceptional. Not only was the location perfect, but the customer service by Patrick was superb. Patrick was very prompt with his responses whenever I had any questions or concerns. He met with us when we arrived at the property on the first day to give us a brief tour of the house and was very cordial. Absolutely adorable cabin! We had a wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable beds and the fireplace made the living area so cozy! There is free pressed coffee but if you take your coffee with sugar or cream we suggest you bring some as they only provide the coffee. There is a fridge, freezer and microwave. And bikes are available to use. The cabins are within walking distance to the Village. Wish we had more time to stay longer!

This is an excellent mountain lodge hotel. It's within easy walking distance of the trail around Lake Arrowhead. We could see the lake from our room. The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent and included great children's options. I was there with a party that included 2 children. We were easily able to stay in one of the chalets, which had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a couch that folded out into a bed for the kids. The area around the hotel is gorgeous. was looking forward to stay till late by the lake but they had to close it due to a private even. They should post it on the website so we are aware and could have picked another weekend. Friendly staff but restaurant i walked in early to see if my family can have dinner but the person said it was fully booked without checking and we called in and was able to get a table without hesitation.

I always enjoy staying at the Saddleback Inn. Nicest and friendliest people - especially Michael and Rose. The restaurant is a gem. The rooms are homey looking cabins, spacious and comfy. The nights there are amazing. I highly recommend it. They also allow pets which is a big plus for me. It's also 30 minutes from Big Bear ski resort!!!

Nice little place very close and convenient to the village.

Good amenities: full cooking ware, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, wifi, strong heater, bbq grill with gas tank, a pool, an outdoor lounge and free camp fire! Conditions are not the shiniest but there's everything I wanted for a cozy cabin! Only con is parking is a bit tight and we had to park on the street at one night.

The location was the cherry on top!!! This is a beautiful cabin, spacious and roomy for my family!

Overall great stay and experience, nothing bad to say about this place will go again the check in time wish it was more earlier and check out is very early but great cabin and area.

This is a beautiful hotel, so convenient should you go see a show at Yaamava. The hotel “smells” new and the room is immaculate. Love the kitchen area and the living space - I have stayed at two different Marriott Bonvoys and Im consistently impressed. Looking forward to the breakfast in the am!

We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary stay at the North Shore Inn. Comfortable, nicely appointed room with fireplace, fridge, microwave and very clean. Outstanding service. Across the street from Lake Gregory and beautiful view from the balcony. Nancy surprised us with champagne and cake to celebrate our anniversary. We cannot say enough good things about this wonderful small inn. We look forward to returning in the future.
