“I made a same-day booking so I’m not sure if that is why we didn’t receive instructions to access the property until over an hour after check-in. That was a little bit disappointing because I was trying to figure out when to leave to get there. Aside from that, the communication was pretty easy. “Soooo we arrived on day 1 to find the cabin hadn't been cleaned after the last occupants. Mildew towels on the carpet, etc. After a series of calls, the cleaning crew came in the evening. Soooo on day 2 we returned from a fun day of activities to find a very nice young family had moved in and were occupying the cabin. Yes, double-booked. After another series of calls and texts, they were relocated. Sooo on day 3 we were told the cabin owner was stopping by to get his boat key while we were out……
