The front desk was not very helpful at first and simply pointed to a small sign about construction, even though we booked through Expedia and had no prior warning. Only after several guests complained were we offered another cabin. We chose to spend the day outdoors until the noise stopped at 5 p.m. Overall, it’s a nice facility, and I would have rated it a 10 if the staff had been more honest, empathetic, and accommodating about the construction situation."
