This front desk gal was just getting off and switching with someone else when we arrived. She was on the snottier side. We went through a third party for rental and requested to have joints rooms with the person on duty that day. She said she would make a note on record. She didn’t and they had us on two separate floors. This lady made some comment about not going through third parties and going through hotel itself as it’s cheaper. No it isn’t! The next morning, my daughter asked if they could open the pool as it was time and the same lady seemed short with her since it was so early. The drain in the bathroom tub didn’t drain so showering wasn’t fun! The hallways smelled yucky. I stayed at this hotel a few years before this and it was very nice. Not the case anymore.
