"Karrie is an amazing host! This is the second time that we have stayed here for work. It's hard to believe we were working while enjoying this beautiful home. Everything we needed was in the house. Beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen with all of the essentials, extremely comfortable and welcoming. The neighborhood was great for walking and the beach is just across the street Can't wait for our next work trip"

"My husband, our Mini Dachshund and I love this place. This was our second Christmas staying here and we have already reserved Christmas next year for our annual Christmas visit (my husband is from the area). It was perfect for our little family. Plenty of room, close to grocery store, safe and quiet. Has all of the basics you need other than food. Highly recommend."

"Our family of 6 were in town for a kids sporting event and this space was perfect. The rooms are spacious with tons of storage. The vintage feel isn’t normally our style but we loved it and it was in great shape and so so clean. We got to see deer in the back yard and the neighborhood was quiet and close to anything you would need as far as shops food and grocery. Hosts made communication easy and I knew I could get ahold of them with a simple text message."

"Everything was as advertised. Very comfortable and accommodating house for 7 people. The sunset views were spectacular. Conveniently located near pizza, gas station, liquor store & restaurant. Easy to get to. The house has everything you will need for a trip."

"Overall we were happy with our stay. Beginning started out a little annoying. Check in was easy but wasnt communicated until a half hour after we were able to be there and had to call for the code. Walking in, the floor didnt look vacuumed and beds looked unmade/slept in. We spent the first hour remaking beds (clean sheets were in the dryer), vacuuming (we have a crawler who puts everything in her mouth), and getting rid of all the daddy long legs that were posted up towards the ceiling....

"We enjoyed the house very much. Everything was perfectly organized and well maintained. The bedrooms were cozy as well as the living area. Very close to many attractions if you enjoy hiking biking and water sports. Grocery shopping was very close. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. Our only recommendation would be to have full propane available for an extra charge. Otherwise it was perfect!!!"

"We had the great fortune of renting this property with our adult children for the eclipse. Wonderful, cozy home with several sitting areas so we all had our own little area to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed. The pool table was a lot of fun. The beach was lovely and unique with great views of the Buffalo skyline. Went to a Sabres game and we were home in 17 minutes. Will definitely rent again."

"Had a nice time. Very quiet. The arrangement of the bathroom and bedrooms is very bizarre. I do not recommend bringing kids if you want privacy with your partner. No door on main bedroom and bathroom is inside the main bedroom. Accordion door for secondary bedroom."
