Billy, the young man that checked us in, was absolutely amazing!!! He accomodated us in every possible way. When I booked with Expedia, when prompted about special needs, I specifically asked for a handicap accessible room with a roll away bed. We have three young teens, one of which has just finished nine months of chemo and had his lower left leg amputated This information was nit shared with Baymont! They don't have wheelchair accessability ramps, bathrooms nor roll-away beds. For the two night stay, the children had to take turns sleeping on the floor. I feel like Expedia should make this up to my family for the extreme inconvenience. Needless to say, my grandson couldnt take a shower either! My husband and I highly commend Billy for going the extra mile fir us!

Traffic in Greenville is TERRIBLE! Especially in the area but otherwise a great location for convenience. Near the mall which is great. Cleanliness was okay but they could definitely dust surfaces a lot better. Also anything you put in the min fridge froze including our fresh fruit on the bottom shelf. WiFi sucked but the stay was nice.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Off the beaten path but 5 miles to everything! Beautiful room, comfortable beds, stunning decor. Spent 2 nights at another hotel and only 1 night here, wish we had stayed all 3 nights here, when we come back to Greenville, we will only ever stay here!
