“need a pool and pool terrace!”

“I like the location, central Lakeland. Close to restaurants and downtown Lakeland. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Mildew present around the shower, toilet and sink. The water pressure from the sink faucet was very poor. Bathroom floor needed mopping. The rooms needs more attention to cleanliness just like the common area of the hotel. I was very disappointed because it is Marriott.”

“Overall a good experience. The room was advertised as a king bed but the bed was slightly smaller than a king. Definitely misleading. AC was loud and the exhaust vents were dirty. You could also very clearly hear whenever the toilet was flushed or the shower was running in the room next door. Friendly staff and a nice pool.”

“Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality.”

“Hotel was not open. We attempted to stay on Nov. 1. There was a sign on the door stating the office was only open 7am-11pm (Nothing about the office hours was listed on the hotels.com profile). The door to the hotel was locked, and no answer when we arrived at 11:02 pm. Through the locked door we could see several large carpet rolls. There were no other cars in the parking lot. I saw on other reviews that they got sent to a different hotel, which makes me think they are under renovation right……

“If you’re looking for a top-notch jail cell, this is the place for you. The room was not like their stock photos nor was it clean. Be prepared for nothingness. I had to convince the nightstand to be a dining table to eat because there was not a single other table or chair.”

“The coffee that’s in the room is not good and is in all in 1 coffee and filters. I would bring your own coffee filters if you are bringing your own coffee. The room is a good size, just wish there was a dining table with 2-3 chairs instead of a tall desk. For a family of 4, it needs work. My husband and I sat on the couch to eat and our oldest sat in the rolling desk chair, there were no other chairs. The couch can fit 2 adults and 1 child, it is very small. The couch folds out to a double bed,……
