“The hotel was under renovation, it was messy and unclean. They told us nothing about the renovation when we booked our room. It felt like a scam!”

“All good, the staff were lovely throughout, the breakfast (after one of the staff explained how to flip the waffle maker😁) was good, nice that they had laundry machines on site.”

“The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠 ”

“This hotel ended up charging me 3 times the total cost. I am in a credit card dispute because the property manager refused to work with me and dismiss the fraudulent charges. Originally, I was charged 4 times the total cost and only one fraudulent charge was returned. I went to the staff every morning that I was there and they assured me the charges would "fall off" because they were initially "pending." The charges did not "fall off" and it has required me to go through a lengthy process to get……

“This hotel is awesome! So cute! Very clean and comfortable beds. The yard was fun to play bags in and hang out. Would stay here again for sure.”

“Everything was very clean and tidy the staff were great friendly and attentive . The little food shop was really handy when we needed a late night snack and bottles of water (a vegetarian soup option would have been good for my two daughters ) We did have a problem with a scorching hot shower the first morning but the manager sorted it within a few hours , I think hooks placed in a different part of the bathroom(ie not directly above toilet ) would have been more hygienic and helpful for when……
