Just the Right Place
We had reservations for the Sugarland Express from Lake Placid to Clewiston and this location fit the bill. Since we were gone all day, and only on the property a short time, the visit was quite limited, but still very nice. Would like to have had some folding chairs on the shaded area of the dock to enjoy the day and exchange pleasantries with the passing boaters.

The house is super cozy. You feel like you are at home. My kids, and my parents loved it.
There is something for everyone and all ages. My parents, retired, enjoyed hanging out and having breakfast by the canal, and watching nature at its finest. Beautiful birds, fish, and even otters travel right by the home. The kids enjoyed fishing, right from the back yard, where they were catching small mouth bass. I enjoyed going out on the boat every morning and evening without have to load and unload from a trailer daily. The boat slip is a few minutes away, making it convenient and there is plenty of space in the yard to store the trailer. Over all 100% satisfied. My whole family enjoyed the experience. Like Arnold Schwarzenegger one said “I’ll be back”.
