"This was a beautiful cozy place. So Lovely decorated. With little kitchenette amenities enough to fix simple breakfast/ lunch. A table to sit at. Nice clean modern bathroom. Nice entrance. Private. Close to hikes (25-30 minutes from LOJ trail head parking. It allowed me to bring my dog. It was perfect for what we needed. Host was very responsive to any questions. I’d stay again without hesitation. "

"This place was a fantastic location for me and my boyfriend to get to and from the lacrosse tournament that he was playing in. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Lake Placid and numerous trailheads in the area. We appreciated that it was pet-friendly and were able to bring our rescue pup along with us. The house was extremely clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Would definitely stay here again."

"My husband and I stayed in the Balsam Cabin with two of our dogs. We were there on a last vacation with my oldest dog. It was a great place, very dog friendly and easily accessed by my Sr. dog. We took some great pictures out in back of the cabin which I loved. Close to Olympic training center, short drive to Mirror Lake plenty to do around and great places to eat. Cabins were clean and homey. Check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay again"
